Cheryl Seefeldt '97 Wins Award

Cheryl Seefeldt (class of 97) has been honoured by Nashville Business Journal. The journal has named its Health Care Heroes for 2010 and Cheryl has been selected her for her work at the Hope Clinic for Women. Cheryl, a Nurse Practitoner is honoured among other Professional in Tennessee who have had an impact on both industry and the community. Click here to read the full press release (pdf).

Cheryl comes from a family steeped in service to others. With a connection to India dating back to her Great Grandparents setting up a bible school, to her Grandparents working as a Nurse and Pastor it is no surprise that Cheryl has continued the family tradition. Cheryl was born in Delhi educated at Woodstock and went on to the U.S.A to Wheaton College. Cheryl spent four years after College working for World Relief helping refugees adjust to life in the US. Nursing her Grandparents and becoming their sole carer inspired Cheryl to study nursing. Cheryl's sister, Amy (class of 1993) is the Academic Dean at Woodstock.
