Being prepared

The long, hot summer days have reinforced the need for the school to be prepared at all times for campus emergencies. Over the last few weeks, staff have been working hard to reassess and refine the school's emergency evacuation procedures, and on the afternoon of 12th May we tested these again with a surprise fire drill. The school was completely cleared and everyone was checked - staff, students and employees - within 12 minutes. This drill is part of a series of practices we are holding over the next few months, along with physical changes to improve campus safety.
