New Woodstock T-shirts rewarded to student designers
To help design a new Woodstock 1854 T-Shirt (marking the year the school began), an art competition was held amongst the Woodstock students. Amongst the dozens of designs that were submitted, two were chosen to be combined to form the final T-shirt design, made by Arsh Bansal (Grade 11) and Akriti Pradhan (Grade 10).
Additionally, an offbeat design portraying the famous Woodstock lyre-tree being chopped down was used to create a new CARE T-Shirt for the school to spread the message: "Every tree matters". The design was conceived by Jocelyn Basseporte (Grade 11).
The winning designers were rewarded with the T-shirts during High School Assembly on Wednesday, March 3rd.
