How to apply

If you’re ready to apply, please complete this Application Form. All applications are subject to a non-refundable application fee of INR 2,000 (approximately USD 28). Please note that submission of the application form and fee does not confirm admission into the programme.

If you’re not ready to apply, but are interested in finding out more about Summer at Woodstock, you can register your interest instead for free without making a commitment. Our team will be in touch with more information about the programmes and activities on offer. Click here to register your interest.

The application includes basic information about the student’s parents or guardians, and about the student themselves – including their learning requirements, medical history and how they intend to travel to Woodstock. Note that you cannot save the form before it is submitted, so please review the form and ensure you have all information to hand before you start completing it. If you have any questions, please email summer@woodstock.ac.in.

Payment of the INR 2,000 application fee can be made through Woodstock’s online Payment Portal or by bank transfer. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cash for fee payments.

After you’ve applied

Once your application form has been received, the Summer at Woodstock team will reach out to understand each applicant’s passions and interests. Each application appears before an admissions committee to determine that the programme is the best fit for the applicant and whether they will be able to use this opportunity to learn and grow in a diverse residential environment. In some cases, instructors, counselors, or dorm parents may interview applications for clarification. Parents may also request interviews for their children. The Summer at Woodstock team will confirm by email whether your child has been selected to attend the programme. We will then work with you on next steps of the process.
