Meet the Summer at Woodstock Team


Summer at Woodstock’s tutors are drawn from Woodstock School’s excellent academic staff, alongside accomplished individuals who have excelled in their relevant fields. Collectively they represent a broad depth of teaching experience, and are committed not only to helping students learn and excel in their chosen field of study, but also to have a fun and exciting time while at Woodstock.


Read on to find out more about the Summer at Woodstock programme directors, Amy Seefeldt and John Robertson, as well as Susan Rits, Stefan Prakash and Arti Jain, who are leading the Entrepreneurship, Art for Change and Media and Storytelling courses respectively.

Amy Seefeldt, Director of the Centre for Imagination

Amy has 18 years’ experience as an educator, including six years as Woodstock’s Deputy Head and Academic Dean. She has a MA in Ecological Design Thinking from Schumacher College in the UK. In 2016 Amy founded Woodstock’s Centre for Imagination.

Susan Rits, UX digital product designer and entrepreneur

Based in San Francisco, Susan, brings several decades of experience in the fields of innovation, product design, and start-ups to thoroughly guide participants in developing a pitch to potential investors.

John Robertson, Head of ESL and Languages

John has taught English language learners of all levels and ages for 13 years from absolute beginners to future English teachers and Masters degrees students. He teaches academic writing, co-runs the Writing Centre, and prepares students for Cambridge exams.

Stefan Prakash Eicher, Founder, Art for Change

Stefan is an artist and founder of the New Delhi-based Art for Change Foundation, exploring issues of human dignity and the potential art has in shaping society. An Indian citizen of European heritage, Stefan is a Woodstock alum with an MBA in International Development and an MFA in Visual Art.

Arti Jain, independent filmmaker and writer

Arti Jain is an award winning filmmaker, with over two decades of media experience in a variety of media formats. In the course of her career, Arti has worked on the whole gamut – from FM radio to TV to mobile apps.
