Course Description

  • Develop piano skills (various levels)
  • Develop different instrumental styles (classical, jazz, and contemporary)
  • Learn to play piano both as a solo instrument and as part of a band (trio, quartet, and quintet)
  • Learn different types of accompaniment
  • Learn to mic a piano for stage and for studio recording

Milan, Music Teacher, Woodstock School

Born in 1975 in Belgrade, Serbia, Mr. Milan started playing piano at the age of 7 and later finished Music School ” Stankovic”, Belgrade , in jazz piano. His professional playing career started in 1994 with classical and jazz performances before joining local pop/rock bands until 2004. Mr. Milan worked as a professional pianist/keyboard player for the Zak Smith Band in New York from 2005-2009 then joined NTW Productions in Amsterdam from 2010-2014, playing at Chamonix, Val Thorens and Val d-Isere. From 2015-2019 he worked for Helse GMBH, Zurich as a pianist before joining Woodstock school in February 2022 as a piano teacher.
